This year, Suffolk Zone honored both 5th and 6th grade students from Three Village since both grades will be moving up to the middle school next year.  

The Suffolk Zone of the New York State Association for Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Dance recognizes students who excel in overall wellness, responsibilty and respect for others in Physical Education class at the elementary level.  

The recipients were nominated by their Physical Education teachers and honored on Tuesday, April 29th at a ceremony at Bay Shore High School. 

Congratulations to the following recipients of the Suffolk Zone Physical Education Award:

Arrowhead Elementary - Lilianna Saavedra, Jiwon Sugimoto, Chloe Kim and Sawyer DeSanctis (nominated by Mr. Connolly, Mr. Hawkins and Ms. Pinard)

Nassakeag Elementary -   Elisabeth Bunger, Lennon Rivera, Makenna Lawrence and Finnegan Fitzgerald (nominated by Mrs. Anderson and Mrs. Troisi)

Setauket Elementary -  Reagan Tucci, Chase Saul, Charlee Prado and Hunter Kinnear (nominated by Mr. McNamara and Ms. Peragallo)
