Students at Ward Melville High School stepped on the court for the annual volleyball tournament championship game ahead of December break. During the volleyball unit in physical education, juniors and seniors learn the ins and outs of the sport while sharpening their skills. The highly anticipated championship game is the culmination of the unit.

In between sets and during time-outs, students were called from the crowd to participate in games and challenges. Staff members even competed in a match against students, bringing the Ward Melville school community together ahead of the holidays.
