Q: What do I do if I cannot access my Naviance account?

A: Email your counselor and provide them with a current working email address. This email address will be entered into your Naviance account by your counselor. Your counselor will then reset your Naviance account. You will receive an email from Naviance with a new temporary password. Follow the instructions in that email to create your new password.


Q: How can I schedule a college conference for my child who is a junior?

A: Follow the directions for accessing your child’s Naviance account if they are having
difficulty logging in. Then email your child’s counselor to set up a mutually convenient
time to speak. The counselor will encourage your child to complete the College Planning
Packet, which is available on the guidance web page. When completed, this can be
emailed to the counselor. It is not required prior to setting up the conference
appointment.


Q: What do I do if I am a senior and I have questions about college?

A: Email your counselor with all questions you may have.

 

Q: How can I see what colleges look like if college campuses are closed?

A: Many colleges are offering virtual tours and information sessions on their websites.

College Board Resources and Support

To help students keep their college readiness skills sharp when many schools are closed, College Board and Khan Academy will continue to provide free resources online, including full-length practice tests and personalized learning tools.

Together with member schools and colleges, it is expected that the College Board will be flexible, thoughtful, and collaborative in exploring ways to continue to support student learning and provide opportunities to test during this challenging time.
