Students from Stony Brook University’s School of Dental Medicine visited Nassakeag Elementary School to talk all about teeth. The soon-to-be dentists and hygienists discussed why teeth are so important and the best ways to take care of them. After learning about best brushing habits, Nassakeag students practiced brushing on stuffed animals and played a game where they learned about foods that are good and bad for dental hygiene.
