The Student Council at Nassakeag Elementary School is participating in the “Warm Hands, Warm Feet” initiative by collecting new socks, gloves, hats and scarves for children in need. Students are collecting donations until Dec. 5, then packaging them with festive ribbons and tags. The items will be donated to Lighthouse Mission and distributed to local children ahead of the holidays.
