On Nov. 4, several world language teachers from Ward Melville High School, Gelinas Junior High School and Murphy Junior High School attended the Long Island Language Teachers annual conference. More than 150 teachers from across Long Island participated. This year’s theme was “Fall in Love with Learning Languages.”

The annual conference was held in Three Village at Gelinas Junior High School. District Director of ENL and World Language Kerri Golini, as well as Three Village teachers Daniela Casadei-Berwind and TinaMarie Friscia served as conference chairs.
