Mrs. Swart and Mrs. Callan's Pre-K Enrichment class at Arrowhead Elementary School learned about different types of animal ears and how they help them hear sounds from both close and far away. Students guessed the ears to different animals, then created their own animals with mixed-up ears. Some made elephants with mouse ears, others made wolves with elephant ears. Students worked hard to plan out what they needed to bring their animal ideas to life.
