Two Ward Melville High School students were selected to perform in the All-County Jazz Ensemble. Congratulations to junior Matthew Miele and senior Taylor Lind.

Matthew, who plays trumpet, and Taylor, who plays trombone, are some of the top-rated jazz musicians in Suffolk County and were accepted into the ensemble by auditioning. The concert takes place on Nov. 4 at 7 p.m. in East Islip.
