Fourth graders at Minnesauke Elementary School learned about energy transfer during a science lab activity. Students participated in a “Bumper Jumper Game” where they observed how energy transfers when objects collide. They built a short course and made predictions about how far a marble would launch over a jump after colliding with other objects. The hands-on activity gave students a chance to visualize energy in motion.
