Students from all three secondary schools in the district had artwork chosen to be displayed in The Atelier at Flowerfield’s Second Annual Art Student Invitational. The exhibition encourages middle and high school students to share their work in the visual arts.

Notably, four students received special recognition for their pieces. Congratulations to the following:

• Noralynn Bragg, R.C. Murphy Junior High School – Honorable Mention for pencil drawing

• Elizabeth Wright, P.J. Gelinas Junior High School – Second Place

• Julie Yang, Ward Melville High School – Second Place

• Sammy Wertheim, Ward Melville High School – Honorable Mention for sculpture

The exhibition will be on display until March 30. Congratulations to all of the Three Village students who participated: Emily Castelli, Elizabeth Wright, Maria Gavrilov, Noralyn Bragg, Rachel Gression, Lauren Tampori, Angelina Lawlor, Julie Yang, Sara Bally and Sammy Wertheim.
