The Three Village Central School District Board of Education was celebrated by the district at its Oct. 26 meeting in honor of School Board Recognition Week. School Board Recognition Week is celebrated from Oct. 17-21 and acknowledges the many contributions boards of education make to their communities.

During the meeting, each building in the district had a student representative read about their respective board of education liaisons. These students had previously interviewed the board members and shared some of their achievements and advice. They expressed their gratitude for the countless volunteer hours each board member dedicates toward making the Three Village school community a better place.

Additionally, the students thanked district clerk Inger Germano and the board’s student representative, Mikaeel Zohair, for their service.
