Absentee Ballot Applications may be obtained from the North Country Administration Building located at 100 Suffolk Avenue in Stony Brook between the hours of 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. or by clicking below.  Ballots will be issued upon the satisfactory completion and submission of the application form.

Absentee & Early Ballot Deadlines

Applications will not be received before April 22, 2024

May 14, 2024 – Deadline for receipt of absentee ballot application if ballot is to be mailed to the voter.

May 20, 2024 – Deadline for receipt of absentee ballot application if ballot is to be personally delivered to the voter.
