14 Ward Melville High School Students Selected as National Merit Semifinalists

The Three Village School District is pleased to announce that 14 Ward Melville High School students were named National Merit Semifinalists in the 67th annual National Merit Scholarship Program competition. Each of these students will continue to compete for one of 7,500 National Merit Scholarships, which total more than $30 million, with winners to be announced later this spring.

These talented students entered the competition by taking the 2020 Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test (PSAT/NMSQT). The nationwide pool of semifinalists represents 1% of U.S. high school seniors and includes the highest-scoring entrants in each state.

The district congratulates the following students on this outstanding academic accomplishment and extends best wishes for success moving forward in the competition.
