Ward Melville Alumnus Earns State AP Scholar Award

Ward Melville High School Class of 2019 graduate Samuel Kim has been named a State Advanced Placement Scholar for 2019. 

This award was given to only two students in New York who earned scores of 3 or higher on the greatest number of AP exams, and had the highest average scores on all AP exams taken. In addition to the state honor, Samuel was named a National AP Scholar and an AP Scholar with Distinction.  

Samuel is a student at Cornell University in the School of Industrial Labor Relations.
