NEW YORK STATE SECTION 211 WAIVER

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, at its regular meeting of January 16, 2019, the Board of Education of the Three Village Central School District conditionally appointed Richard Pulaski to the position of Interim Principal for R.C.Murphy Junior High School, commencing on February 1,2019, at a compensation rate not to exceed $700.00 per diem.

The Board of Education hereby notifies resident taxpayers that Mr. Pulaski has received the approval of the Commissioner of Education for employment in the District pursuant to Section 211 of the Retirement and Social Security Law, at a compensation rate not to exceed $700.00 per diem, and will continue to receive his pension while employed by the Board of Education.
