At the request of the Suffolk County Executive and the Commissioner of Health, the Three Village Central School District is sharing the following important information with residents. Please see below and attached regarding the flu.

As a result of Governor Cuomo’s initiative in response to declare this issue a public health emergency, Suffolk County is able to provide increased access of flu vaccines to residents. The Suffolk County Department of Health Services will be providing flu shots to all residents age four and over on:
 
Tomorrow, February 10, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. at the Suffolk County Department of Health Services located at 3500 Sunrise Highway in Great River. Click link for directions.
 
The Department will be offering flu shots to all residents six month and older on:
 
Tuesday, February 13, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. at the Riverhead Library located at 330 Court Street in Riverhead. Enter on Osborne Ave.
 
Thursday, February 15, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the H. Lee Dennison Building Plaza located at 100 Veterans Memorial Building in Hauppauge.
 
Residents are asked to call 631-787-2200 Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. in advance to set up an appointment for their shot.  Also, residents are reminded that flu shots are available to those who are age two and older at local pharmacies and for everyone age six months and older at pediatricians’ and healthcare providers’ offices.
