The President’s Volunteer Service Award (PVSA) is the premier volunteer awards program, encouraging students to live a life of service through presidential gratitude and national recognition.

The district encourages all students to take a look around, be inspired and take positive action that changes the community and even the world.

Presidential recognition sets students apart from their peers. It is a tremendous honor and sets an example that can deliver a powerful message – that anyone, no matter their age, can take action.

The President’s Volunteer Service Award recognizes United States citizens who have achieved the required number of hours of service over a 12-month time period. The next service period will run from April 1, 2017 - March 31, 2018. Log submission deadline is April 13, 2018 and ceremony honoring award winners will be held in June 2018 at WMHS.

For more information, please read the PVSA Guidelines below and use the PVSA Log & Acknowledgement to start logging hours.
