P.J. Gelinas Junior High School staff members came together before the start of school to dedicate a new, beautified garden at the school’s main entrance to former seventh-grader Gabriella Beals-Reid.

During the ceremony, Principal William Bernhard spoke fondly of the young student and made note of her varied accomplishments and the positive impact she had on the school community. With the help of Assistant Principal Corinne Keane, Mr. Bernhard released a single balloon into the air and revealed the inscribed plaque located at the front of the garden.
