R.C. Murphy Junior High School’s Community Connections club used their culinary skills to help raise funds to support a community service project organized by the international foods class.

Through bake sales, the club raised money to purchase supplies that the class used to prepare meals for the district’s food pantry recipients. Pasta, sauce, meatballs, chicken parmesan, chicken franchise with rice, macaroni and cheese and salads were all prepared and distributed to the families before the spring break.
